Primary Services Common non-emergency care for problems like a sore throat, earache or stomachache, help with chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure or depression. ![]() Mental Health Care Individual Counseling and on-going Support Groups with a Licensed Therapist to address issues such as: depression, living with a chronic disease, stress management, and self esteem issues. ![]() Complementary Health Care Individual massage therapy by a fully Licensed Massage Therapist. Medications Sometimes patients can afford medications and other times they cannot. CCDC will work with patients to find the most cost effective medication that has been prescribed. CCDC has a limited supply of generic medications and samples and the Clinic can help with enrolling financially eligible patients in a variety of no cost medication programs. ![]() Lab Tests and Imaging
Depending on financial eligibility, CCDC offers affordable and sometimes free lab testing and radiology through partnerships with Advanced Imaging, Aurora Health Care, Door County Memorial Hospital/Ministry Health Care and Marshfield Clinic. ![]() Referral to Another Doctor or Agency Sometimes a patient needs to be seen by a specialist or other agency and CCDC will do everything possible to alert the doctors and facilities about a patient's financial need. Some doctors and facilities will treat the patient at CCDC rates, some will have other charity/community care resources, but it is up to the patient to ask for financial assistance. |
